Bromeliad: Bromeliads or also simply known as “Broms”, are a striking tropical plant that are known by their rosette shape of arching leaves and a central flower. They can be displayed as tabletop accents, grouped together for a lush tropical arrangement, or used as colorful focal points in large indoor planters. Bromeliads are one the most decorative indoor tropical plants. They grow well in medium to bright indirect light.

Despite their exotic appearance, many Bromeliads are epiphytes, meaning that naturally grow attached to trees rather than soil. Their roots anchor them while the leaf collects water and nutrients from the rain.

Guzmania is the most popular with the smooth leaves and vibrant central flower spike, Neoregelia is a shorter variety with colorful center rosettes, and Aechmea has stiff leaves and a long-lasting pink inflorescence.
